RETURN TO JEREZ

The legacy of a family

Since the nobleman and businessman D. Pedro Domecq Lembeye founded the Domecq wineries in Jerez de la Frontera in 1822, it was only a matter of time before Entrecanales Domecq e Hijos returned to the land where it all began.

UNIQUE WINES

in the Marco de Jerez

This privileged estate with more than 20 hectares of vineyards is characterized by the quality of its albariza and albariza-lustrillo soils, as well as by an excellent climate for cultivation fostered by its proximity to the sea.

JEREZ ROOTS

From 1752 to today

In 1752, the priest Crisanto Winthuyssen began the wine-growing of the estate. In 1820, the businessman José-María López Martínez built the part of the house and the cistern in 1827. The latest milestone of this historic estate was set by the Entrecanales Domecq family with its acquisition in 2024.

WINERY AND VINEYARD

in perfect communion

The winery, founded in the 19th century, is built on its own vineyard of more than 20 hectares where a ‘de pago’ wine will be produced in the vineyard itself, something unusual in this denomination and of great historical importance for the Marco de Jerez.
